Sharing a connection such as internet access or mobile hotspot can be done using your laptop without having to install any application or software.
If you or your friends who have lots of quota may be the right way to use this.
This one method is very easy, and without the need for additional software.
Direct Hotspot can be used with a fairly long range.
This method can also be applied to Sharing Connections from WiFi.
Steps to Create Your Own Hotspot Using Your Laptop (Using Windows)
Select the Start button, then select Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile hotspot.
For Share my Internet connection from, choose the Internet connection you want to share.
Select Edit > enter a new network name and password > Save.
Turn on Share my Internet connection with other devices.
To connect on the other device, go to the Wi-Fi settings on that device, find your network name, select it, enter the password, and then connect.

Steps to Create Your Own Connection (using macOS)
Connect your Mac computer to the network via Ethernet
Click the Apple menu. You’ll find this in the upper-left corner of the screen.
Click “System Preferences.”
Click the Sharing option. This is at the end of the third section in the System Preferences window.
Highlight the “Internet Sharing” option.
Click the “Share your connection from” menu.
Click “Ethernet” in the menu
Check “Wi-Fi” in the “To computer using” list.
Click the “Wi-Fi Options” button.
Set your wireless network name and password.
Check the box next to “Internet Sharing.”
Connect your other devices.
Note: For macOs users the only way to turn your Mac into a wireless hotspot is to connect it to the network via Ethernet.
You cannot create a wireless network if you’re using your wireless adapter to connect.
If your Mac does not have an Ethernet adapter, you’ll need to use a USB Ethernet dongle.
